Every great venture begins with a journey. For WELEAD, it started when our founder, Eva Blank, came to the U.S. as an international student—navigating new systems, overcoming barriers, and learning firsthand the power of education and connection.
That experience inspired a lifelong mission: to help others grow through global learning. Today, WELEAD unites a team of educators and professionals who share that vision—creating programs that transform challenges into confidence and knowledge into leadership.

Dr. Eva Blank

As a former international student, faculty member, and senior university administrator, Dr. Eva has studied and worked across China, Malaysia, Switzerland, Australia, and the United States.
With 18+ years of experience in international education, she combines academic expertise with practical insight to create programs that inspire growth, leadership, and collaboration.
A published author and global speaker, Dr. Eva continues to advance conversations around leadership, intercultural maturity, and international education.
